Buxly Air Drying Insulating Varnish Clear is a synthetic resin based air drying impregnating varnish which air dries in 03~05 hours and hard dries in 24 hours. A force drying at 80°C for 2~3 Hours will accelerate the curing process and thus will enhance the electrical insulation properties. The resulting film of Buxly Air Drying Insulating Varnish is clear, tough, water and oil resistant. It is an ideal insulation solution for small electrical windings and coils. It has good penetration power and can be used by both hot as well as cold dip processes.
Air Drying Insulating Varnish is designed on specialized synthetic resin blended with selective additives which impart its excellent insulation properties coupled with moisture and oil resistance. If it is required to be thinned prior to application, it must only be done with Buxly Mixing Thinner.
