413 Special Plastic Emulsion is a top quality plastic emulsion for walls, ceilings, old and new cement, concrete plaster, chipboards and hard boards.
413 Special Plastic Emulsion is applicable with brush, roller or spray. It can be thinned down with equal volume of water for application. Add a little more water in final coat. Three coats are recommended to achieve optimum results and durability.
